University Career Services, Global Affairs, the Schar School of Government, and the Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution will be hosting the 6th annual Foreign Service Day on Saturday, April 9th in Merten Hall on the Fairfax campus. This invitation only event will feature opportunities for students to potentially hear from Foreign Service Officers, Ambassadors, and other State Department officials about the various aspects of the foreign service. Students will hear from a keynote speaker, network with foreign service officers, and hear from a panel of foreign service officers, among other activities.

This event is open to all Mason students interested in a career in foreign service, regardless of major. Because there are a limited number of seats available, interested students will be required to submit a resume and cover letter expressing their interest in the event by March 31st, at which time the review process will begin. All students accepted to attend will be expected to attend for the full day of events (anticipated 9am-1pm)
