University Career Services, Global Affairs, the Schar School of Government, and the School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution will be hosting the 4th annual Foreign Service Day on Saturday, April 4th in Merten Hall on the Fairfax campus. This all-day event will feature opportunities for students to hear from Foreign Service Officers, Ambassadors, and other State Department officials about the various aspects of the foreign service. Students will be presented with options of breakout sessions, hear a keynote from a former US Ambassador, and participate in a simulation activity coordinated by the Diplomacy Center.

This event is open to all Mason students interested in a career in foreign service, regardless of major. Because there are a limited number of seats available, interested students will be required to submit a resume and cover letter expressing their interest in the event by March 16th, at which time the review process will begin. All students accepted to attend will be expected to attend for the full day of events (anticipated 9am-4pm)
