Eurofins is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate I to join our team in Columbia, MO. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting quality systems, regulatory compliance, and scientific operations in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

What You'll Do

As a Quality Assurance Associate, you'll play an important role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of laboratory activities by:

• Reviewing laboratory documentation, reports, and records for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
• Identifying and communicating documentation discrepancies while partnering with scientific staff to resolve issues
• Supporting quality systems, including CAPAs, change controls, training records, and other compliance activities
• Reviewing protocols, procedures, data packages, and study documentation against SOPs, client requirements, and applicable regulations
• Assisting with audits, investigations, and quality improvement initiatives
• Communicating findings professionally with laboratory teams and client stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate records and meeting productivity and quality expectations
• Performing all work safely and in accordance with company policies

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to learn new processes quickly and manage multiple priorities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in quality systems, compliance, and regulated laboratory environments
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship
